Whether you wish to rent privately or go through an agency, we will guide you through your rental project, with the support of our network of partners

Refugees benefit from international protection (or temporary protection for Ukrainians) established by the 1951 Geneva Convention and recognized by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons. This grants them a residence permit valid for 4 to 10 years. They have the same social and housing rights as French nationals (social security, CAF/APL, FSL, Visale guarantee, etc.).

Refugees are destined to settle permanently in France but encounter many obstacles in their integration process, particularly in accessing long-term housing: language barriers, social ties, landlords' lack of understanding of refugee status and documentation, lack of physical guarantors. Because of these obstacles, many refugees have stable income but struggle to find long-term housing.

We partner with social real estate agencies (“AIS") or agencies with a social mandate (“AIVS”) to mutualize housing mobilization efforts for refugees in the AURA region. This partnership is based on a reciprocal referral mechanism and provides these agencies with a more elaborate dashboard on the platform, allowing for the management of both housing listings and beneficiary profiles.
